This class will be assisted by a parent. Our focus is on age appropriate developmental movements and having FUN in this exciting 30 minute class. Walking, running, talking, marching, swinging, moving to music and fun with exploration of movement (up, down, in, out, through, etc.) are important at these ages. Interact with your child in an environment with child-sized equipment to help balance, awareness and socialization.

Walking, running, talking, marching, swinging, moving to music and fun with exploration of movement (up, down, in, out, through, etc.) are important at these ages. All of your encouragement and interaction with your child for 45 minutes - It’s time for climbing, rolling, jumping, etc.!

Just the kids. The children listen and participate while learning how their bodies move right side up and upside down! They move on to bigger challenges in the gym while building strong minds and bodies. Our children develop a better understanding of what their bodies can do through games, music, the parachute and child-sized/full-sized equipment during their 45 minute class.

Our staff is always ready to reward and motivate children as they begin an important step in their physical development and gymnastics. GTCO offers an exciting environment with in-ground foam pits, an in-ground trampoline, bars, beams, vaults and basic tumbling. Each 45 minute class emphasizes fun and learning gymnastics. Five year olds who have never taken gymnastics should begin in this class.
