CO-Ed tumbling classes are offered for those who are interested solely in improving tumbling, or floor exercise skills. Cheerleaders, Dancers and other athletes often use this program to give them that something special that sets them apart from the crowd. G.T.C.O. starts from the very beginner tumbler to the advanced. Students are put through a variety of drills and progressions that allow them to learn safely and effectively. Careful attention is paid to the basics as this is the base upon which all other skills will be built.

Safety and security are stressed to the students. Just as important as proper physical technique is instilling a sense of confidence in the individual. Confidence in ones self is perhaps the greatest pay-off in our tumbling program. Constant challenges allow for more accomplishments, with each new success adding to a more secure, confident individual.

     Are you interested in having a clinic for you, your coaches and tumblers at your facility? GTCO now offers a 2-hour clinic with Allan Powers for your basic and intermediate tumbling needs.  We will do one hour of "class work" explainig how and why we spot and to point out the technique we look for in tumbling.  Then, we do one hour of hands-on training and spotting with your tumblers.  Theres an indroductory cost for five coaches and up to 20 tumblers in the hands on process.  Times are limited so if you are interested and you would like to find out clinic rates please respond via our Contact Us page or call the facility at (937)746-2213.
